How we price a project
Every quote is built from the same three inputs, whatever the fence type:
- Linear footage & height — the base material and labor cost, priced per linear foot for most fence types.
- Gates & hardware — swing or slide gates, keypad, intercom or card-access hardware, priced per opening.
- Site conditions — grade changes, removal of an old fence, permit fees and HOA requirements, confirmed during your free site visit.
Your written proposal breaks all three out separately, so you know exactly what you're paying for before you sign.
